COLLECTION FEE BREAKDOWN

• Contingency Collections: 50% of Recovery***

• *If the Landlord has verbiage in their contract and the State Law allows, then the Landlord may be able to add a collection fee to the account.  Please check your State Law or contact our office for details

• **If the Landlord DOES NOT have verbiage specifically agreeing to the addition of Collection Costs/Fees in the event the account is assigned to Collections, then the Landlord CANNOT add the amount they are being charged to collect and the collection fee will be deducted from ONLY the principal amount of the debt collected.
